The building has been developed in collaboration with the Tumkur Smart City Corporation LTD. under the Smart City Mission by the Ministry of Urban Development. The building is a five storey RCC framed structure with brick infill having a plan area over 1200.0 m2. The salient features of the building include clear span of over 74ft with post-tensioned beams. Our service included the analysis and design of the building and checking the structural members as per the design during construction.
